Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.
1. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within [1–2 business days] (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Note: During peak festive seasons, sales, or special collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your jewellery reaches you in pristine condition.

Standard Shipping: Delivers within [3–7 business days] from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Charges: * We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid domestic orders above [Rs. 999].

For orders below [Rs. 999], a flat shipping fee of [Rs. 60 - 100] will be applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD): * COD is available for select pin codes across India for orders up to [Rs. 5,000].

A non-refundable COD handling fee of [Rs. 50 / Rs. 99] will be applied at checkout.

3. International Shipping
Vivante Jewels proudly ships its curation of modern and traditional Indian designs worldwide!

Delivery Timeline: International orders typically take [7–15 business days] to arrive, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Rates: International shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the package weight and destination country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: * Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and custom fees levied by the destination country once the shipment arrives.

These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Vivante Jewels has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

4. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email and/or SMS containing your Tracking ID and a link to track your order in real-time. You can also track your package directly through our website’s tracking page.
5. Delivery Attempts & Incorrect Address

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to [3 times] before returning the parcel to our warehouse.

Please ensure your shipping address, landmark, and contact number are 100% accurate at the time of placing the order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or continuous unavailability of the recipient, a reshipping fee will be charged to dispatch the order again.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take utmost care in packaging our delicate jewelry pieces securely. However, if your transit box looks heavily tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the delivery and immediately contact us.

If you receive a product that was damaged during transit, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery at vivantejewels30@gmail.com with an unboxing video and photos of the damaged item. This helps us file a claim with the courier partner and instantly arrange a replacement for you.
